Shilo's Yoga Blog

Shilo is retained by the Panda Restaurant Group to teach meditation as part of their corporate training program.  Panda RG is the world’s largest Chinese restaurant chain with 1.82 billions revenues and 15,000 employees nationwide.  They provide corporate training to their managers at the headquarter in Rosemead, CA.  Shilo teaches managers to meditate to improve concentration, enhance decision making ability on daily life, and achieve balanced living.  Shilo commands the founder, Mr. Andrew Cherng, also a meditation practitioner, for his vision and insight to help his employees grown not only on the professional level, but on the personal growth level. 

Shilo started her first session on Oct 5th with 25 young and energizing managers from all over the country.  It was the first exposure to most of the  managers.  They felt calm and balanced after 1 session of practice of diaphragm breathing and basic meditation.    Namaste!!
